CLAYPOOL, W.E. – {fron Johnson) W.E. Claypool is very low with an attack of paralysis or congestion of the brain. He has been unconscious since Friday night and there is very little hope of his recovery. LATER—WE. Claypoole(sic) died Tuesday night and was buried Wednesday.

(from Johnson) E.E. Claypool came in from Texas last night on a visit to relatives here. He is a son of the late W.E. Claypool and the first he knew of his father's sudden illness and death was the item in The News last week.

CLAYPOOLE, Jane - {from Johnson) Mrs. Jane Claypoole died yesterday evening after a short illness of pneumonia. She was buried in the Seymour cemetery this evening. Mrs. Claypoole was the widow of Wesley E. Claypoole, who died several years ago. She has been living with her son, Sam, near Stony Point. Six sons and one daughter survive their mother. The children are all grown and married with the exception of Sam and John, the youngest boys.

{from Johnson} Mr. and Mrs. Joe Moore returned to Avoca, Ark. last Wednesday. They had been down here to attend the funeral services of Mrs. Moore's sister, Mrs. Jane Claypoole, who was buried Tuesday evening in the Seymour cemetery.

{from Johnson} E.E. Claypoole arrived from Oklahoma City, Okla. Tuesday evening in response to a message informing him of the serious illness of his mother. Mrs. Claypoole died on Monday evening and Ed was just in time for the funeral exercises. He returned home Sunday.
