Dennis Allan Abbe, 69, of Natural Dam died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, in Van Buren.
He was born Nov. 26, 1942, in Ida Grove, Iowa, to Clarence and Vernette Abbe.
He was a retired cabinetmaker and worked for American Limousine in Van Buren.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Abbe of the home; a daughter, Melissa Mizell and her husband Jimmie David of Van Buren; a sister, Rebecca Lynn Torres and her husband Joe of California; three brothers, Roger Abbe and his wife Gloria of Washington state, Doug Abbe and his wife Janet of Washington state and Bruce Abbe of California; a grandson, Dennis Ian Abbe; a stepgrandson, Dalton Mizell; and two nieces, Candy Lane and her husband Dusty and Michele Flynn and her husband Cody.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Hall Cemetery in Natural Dam under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren.
Pallbearers will be Dennis Abbe, Jimmy David Mizell, Dusty Lane, Danny Rotrammel, Kenneth Andrews and Kenny Andrews. Obituary courtesy of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home
