ELM SPRINGS - Carl Albert Bradley, 77, of Elm Springs died March 5, 2000, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. He was born March 16, 1922, in Black Oak to William Shird and Myrtle Mary Osburn Bradley.
He was a member of the Robinson Avenue Church of Christ in Springdale and was an Army veteran of World War II, landing at Omaha Beach, and he was on guard duty during the war-crimes trials.
Survivors include his wife, Naomi Helen Skelton Bradley, to whom he was married 54 years; five children, Charles Bradley of Florissant, Mo., Lynn McCarty of San Antonio, Texas, David Bradley of Maryland Heights, Mo., Dwight Bradley of Elm Springs and Michael Bradley of Springdale; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at North Street Church of Christ with Charles P. Bradley, Ronald F. Parsley and Chaplain Dennis McCarty officiating.
Burial with military honors, will be in Black Oak Cemetery at Winslow under the direction of Moore's Chapel of Fayetteville.
Pallbearers will be Dennis Neal McCarty, John Bradley, Matt Bradley, James Bradley, Mike Blagg and Jeff Peters.
