WINSLOW — Harold Edward Reed, 86, of Winslow died June 13, 1995, at Fayetteville City Hospital. He was born Aug. 2, 1908, in Washington County, the son of Charles W. and Lydia A. Cloninger Reed. He was a retired chef after many years at the Sigma Chi fraternity house and Burns Gables. He was a member of the Winslow Church of Christ and a U.S. Air Force veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Lorraine Foster Reed of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Cindy Reed of Winslow; one daughter and son-in-law, Venda and Danny Molnar of Winslow; one brother, Charles Reed of Coos Bay, Ore.; six grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three stepgreat-grandchildren.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at the Winslow Church of Christ with J.R. Dockery officiating. Burial will be in Black Oak Cemetery. Arrangements are by Moore's Chapel of Fayetteville.

Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. The family will not be present.
