WINSLOW - Katie Lee Styron, 76, of Winslow, passed away Jan. 21, 2011, at her home.

She was born March 5, 1934, in Riverton, La., to the late Ed and Georgia Mae Flores Hilburn.

She worked for many years as a seamstress in a blue jean factory in Riverton, La. She also enjoyed working as a bookkeeper. She was a member of the Baptist Ford Community Church.

She is survived by her husband, Donnie Styron of the home; children, Linda Kay Criss and husband Charles of Austin, Texas, Kenneth Ray Styron of Winslow, Teresa Ann Reed and husband Alien of Winslow, Danny Lynn Styron of West Monroe, La., and Keith Styron and wife Dana of West Monroe, La.; her siblings, David Hilburn and wife Shirley of Pasadena, Texas, Evelyn Oxner and husband John of West Monroe, La., Clifton Hilburn and wife Ruby of Tyler, Texas, Kalmuth Hilburn and wife Brenda of Calhoun, La., and Mike Hilburn and wife Karen of Monroe, La. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 24, 2011, at Baptist Ford Community Church. Burial will follow in Parks Cemetery.
