Every now and then God blesses us with a special person, Floyd and Louise Evans were blessed with a very special Baby Boy, Kevin was born February 27,1961 in Merced, California with Downs Syndrome but with his personality it never held him back. Kevin was received into the Lords' loving arms surrounded by family at his home on March 24, 2013 after a long illness
He always had that wonderful smile that will always be remembered whether he was hauling cattle with his father and brother or listening to his music that was the cornerstone of his life. Kevin was a faithful member of Lone Grove Missionary Baptist Church for over thirty years.
Kevin was preceded in death by his parents; Floyd and Louise Evans as well as his older brother Ronald Evans. Kevin lived with his sister Sharon Mullins and Brother-in-law Dwight. He had one nephew; Larry Foster and four nieces; Laura Campbell and husband David, Rhonda Noel and husband Nolan, Rebecca Foster, and Lisa Tutt. Four great nephews; Dillon Evans, Cody Bennett, Ethan Tutt and Hunter Campbell, two great nieces; Lexi Ward and Heather Tutt.
Visitation will be at Bob Neal and Sons on March 27,2013 from 6pm-8pm, funeral services will be held at Bob Neal and Sons on Thursday March 28, at 2:00PM. He will be laid to rest in Kilgore Cemetery next to his brother and parents following the service.
