Gladine Ann Himschoot, age 77 of Ash Flat died Thursday, May 14, 2009 at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro of a sudden illness. She was born July 15, 1931 at Clutier, to Joseph and Gladys (Karkosh) Rayman. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She loved spending time with her family, helping her husband on the farm, and she was a great cook. She was a homemaker and a member of the Ash Flat United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Wayne Rayman.
Survivors include her husband, Dean Himschoot of the home, four sons Johnny (Janet) Himschoot of Ash Flat, Monte (Jan) Himschoot of Jonesboro, Todd (Sabrina) Himschoot of Jonesboro, and Chad (Christy) Himschoot of Ash Flat, two daughters Lynn Himschoot of Jonesboro, and Jody (Lewis) Roberts of Jonesboro, one brother Ronald (Mary Sue) Rayman of Lake of The Ozarks, Mo., one sister-in-law Ruth Rayman of Clutier, fifteen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were Sunday, May 17, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ash Flat United Methodist Church with Rev. Larry Morris officiating. Burial was in the Oaklawn Cemetery located at Highland with arrangements by Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
