Obituary for Otha Lee Robbins:
Otha Lee Robbins, 86, of Viola, Ark., daughter of the late Walter and Josie Wray Kerley, was born Nov. 12, 1918, in Elizabeth, Ark.
She died May 29, 2005, at her home in Viola.
She was united in marriage to Horace Ray Robbins on Sept. 8, 1935, at Elizabeth, Ark. To this union five children were born.
She was a member of the Church of Christ for 70 years and attended services at Viola. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her children–Vernon (Pat) Robbins and James Ronnie Robbins, all of Elizabeth; a sister, Ezma James of Independence, Mo.; sisters-in-law–-Monteen Cotter of Salem and Mary Ruth Baker of Elizabeth; 10 grandchildren–Jeff, Tony, Randy, Nickey, Robbie, Mike, Rusty and Jamie Robbins, Rhonda Harber and Penny Vought; and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1977; sons–Duell Robbins and a son who died at birth; her daughter, Velda Gay Robbins; brothers–Rector, Jim, Orvil and Leamon Kerley and Jack Baker; sisters–Delie Scott and Dicie Dockins Stone; and her father and mother.
The funeral service was held June 1 at the Viola Church of Christ with burial in the Elizabeth Cemetery. Arrange-ments were under the direction of the Cox-Blevins Funeral Home of Salem, Ark.
