Lee Roy Frederick, 67, of Hindsville died Sunday, April 30, 2006, at Northwest Medical Center of Washington County in Springdale.
He was born May 28, 1938, in Aurora to Marion Roy and Lucy Webb Frederick.
He was a truck driver.
Survivors include his companion, Eunice Lewis of the home; three sons, Jerry Frederick and Kenny Frederick, both of Huntsville, and Roy Frederick of Washburn, Mo.; four brothers, Troy Frederick of Forum, Loy Frederick of West Fork, Eddie Frederick of St. Augustine, Fla., and Ray Renner of Kansas City, Kan.; two sisters, Bernice Todd of Hindsville and Ellen Davis of Aurora; and eight grandchildren
