Irven C Francis, 82, of Van Buren, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday August 2, 2011 at St Edward Mercy Medical Center in Fort Smith.

He was a Owner and Operator of a Trucking and Warehouse Company. He was a member and Deacon of Lee Creek Baptist Church and a veteran of the US Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his wife Isabelle.

He is survived by his daughter Kim Weiler and her husband Andrew of Monrovin, CA, a son Kris D. Francis and his wife Jocelyn of Van Buren, AR; three brothers, Dick Goodin of Highland, CA, Jay Goodin of Lake Forest CA and Ron Goodin of Upland, CA; one sister, Ruby Francis of Fort Smith, AR; eight grandchildren, Vicky Warnack, Tamara, Thomas, Cherie Amour, Daniel and Lacey Francis and Sienna and McKay Weiler and five great grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Kim Francis-Weiler, Rick, Terry and Todd Mooney, Andrew Weiler and Larry McNeese

His faith in the Lord and his family were the most important aspects in his life. From Ocker Funeral Home.

Isabelle Carol Francis, 81, of Van Buren went to live with the Lord Saturday, April 11, 2009, in Monrovia, Calif. Mrs. Francis and her husband, Irven Francis, were visiting their daughter, Kim Weiler, and her family for Easter when she suddenly and peacefully passed away.

Mrs Francis was born Isabelle Carol Beltran in San Fernando, Calif, November 10, 1927, to Elsie Beltran. She attended Garfield High School in Los Angeles where she met her husband, Irven C Francis. They were married June 21, 1947, at First Baptist Church in Montebello, Calif. In 1954, they moved to West Covina, Calif, and were blessed with two wonderful children, Kris Douglas in 1959 and Kim Jean in 1961. In 1996, Isabelle and Irven retired and moved from California to Van Buren to be closer to family.

Isabelle was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all who knew her.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Irven C Francis of Van Buren; her son, Kris Douglas Francis and his fianc/, Jocelyn Coupey of Fort Smith, Kris' children, Vicky Warnack of Murfreesboro, Tenn, and her children, Julie and Kayla, Lacey Ren/ Francis and her children, Mariah and Sabrina of Keystone Heights, Fla, and Daniel Irven Francis of Keystone Heights, and Tamara Isabelle, Thomas Gabrielle, Cherie Amour and their mother, Virginia Francis of Van Buren; her daughter and son-in-law, Kim Jean and Andrew Weiler and their daughters, Sienna Francis and McKay Carol of Monrovia; and numerous extended family members.

She was a member of Lee Creek Baptist Church in Van Buren. She most enjoyed spending time with her family, going to church, gardening, painting, cooking and just being an ear to whoever needed to talk. She was loved and respected by everyone who knew her.

Honorary pallbearers will be Kim Weiler, Andrew Weiler, Rick Mooney, Terry Mooney, Todd Mooney and Larry McNeese.
