BATESVILLE — Joel James "J.J." Perkey, 81, of Batesville died Friday at White River Medical Center.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Vest Perkey of the home; daughter, Wanda Foushee of Belton, Mo.; brothers, Paul Perkey of Hollis, Okla., Von Perkey of Batesville and Billy Perkey of Salem; sisters, Clois Ray, Tommie Garlin and Jo England, all of Batesville, Glenn Davis of Pleasant Grove and Kay Milligan of Russellville; two grandsons; and two great-granddaughters.
Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. in Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel with burial in Cave City Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday evening from 6-8.
