James E. Loosey, 67

Mr. James E. Loosey, age 67 of Norfork passed away Sunday, November 11, 2012 at his residence. He was born May 31, 1945 in Norfork to Ewell and Maxine Havner Loosey. He married Stella Gay Teegarden. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a retired heavy equipment operator.

He is survived by his wife, Stella Loosey of Norfork; 2 sons: James Loosey and Damian Loosey, both of Norfork; a daughter, Stephine (Trent) Seat of Poughkeepsie, AR; 5 grandchildren: Chase, Luke, Lexi, Sawyer and Victoria; 2 great grandchildren; a sister, Betty (Earl) Killian of Calico Rock; a brother, Lloyd (Cindy) Loosey of Loberville, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Steven Loosey and a sister, Dorothy May Loosey.

Visitation will be from 12 until 9 PM Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at Roller Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6 - 8 PM. A funeral service conducted by Reverend Jeff Sanders will be held 10 AM Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at the Galatia Christian Fellowship Church in Jordan. Interment will follow in the Hand Cemetery.
