Minnie Ada Brewer Roberts, age 75, of the Spring Mill community, died Friday, February 22, 2013 in a local hospital. She was born July 28, 1937 in Guion, the daughter of the late Erin Brewer and Rettie Brown Brewer of Mountain View. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed working in her flower garden, sewing, and fishing. Minnie was of the Pentecostal faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Vern L. Roberts; son James Roberts; 3 brothers: Joe Brewer, Ed Brewer, Ulis Brewer; and 2 sisters.
Survivors include 3 daughters: Ruby Lindsey of Cave City, Lula Moore of Spring Mill, Elizabeth Duncan of Spring Mill; 9 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
Services are set for 2:00 P.M., Friday, March 1, 2013 at Willis Funeral Service with Laurie Dewitt officiating. Burial will immediately follow the service at Flatwoods Cemetery in Mtn. View.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Willis Funeral Service from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.
