GARFIELD — Lucille Lynch, 88, of Garfield, left this world to join her husband in heaven on Thursday, Feb. 9, 2012, at Katherine's Place in Fayetteville. She was born Nov. 13, 1923, in Hutchinson, Kan., to Aden Earl and Haze1 Dale White Barrett.
Lucille worked for the school system and enjoyed camping, puzzle books, playing bingo and reading.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ray Lynch; her two daughters, Linda Lynch and Barbara Palone; her mother, Hazel Barrett; her father, Aden Barrett; a sister, Ruby Gilpen; and a great-grandson, John Lackey.
She is survived by one son, Charles Lynch and wife, Glenda, of Prairie Grove; two daughters, Teresa Gregory and husband, Donnie, of Garfield and Sharon Ulrich of Springdale; one brother, Aden Earl Barrett and wife, Marilyn, of Norman, Okla.; 18 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Tuesday. Feb. 14, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale, with the Rev. Bill Williams officiating. Burial will be in the Friendship Cemetery.
