ARTHURS, Veda "Madge" - Little Veda "Madge," daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.J. Arthurs, was born June 10, 1908, died Dec. 30, 1910, age 2 years, 6 months, 20 days. In her short life she left us many things to remember her by. She was the idol of our home and it seems almost cruel that she is taken away, but God knows best. We realize that another link binds us to heaven and if we were not striving as we should before that now we should renew our diligence. Her sweet greeting of "papa is coming," will not be heard on earth again but we verily believe it will greet us in heaven. She is as she so often said, "Gone, gone, gone from earth," but of one thing we are assured, that she is home in heaven. And now little Veda Madge in sorrow we bid you good-by, but soon we expect to meet you above where parting is unknown. Papa and Mamma.
