Mountain Home woman found unresponsive, dies at hospital
MOUNTAIN HOME — A Mountain Home woman died of unknown causes Friday morning.
Sheriff's Corporal Edward Elliot and emergency medical personnel were dispatched to 1767 Buzzard Roost Road for a report of an unresponsive female in Mountain Home on Friday morning.
The Baxter County Sheriff's office said in a news release that Kiela C. Boelkens, 36, was found by her husband that morning, and he placed a call to 911. When responders arrived, Boelkens was not breathing. Responders attempted to revive Boelkins, and she was taken to Baxter Regional Emergency Room. She was pronounced dead at 10:40 a.m.
Boelkens' body is being sent to the Arkansas State Medical Examiner's Office to determine the cause and manner of her death. No foul play is suspected at this time.
