He was the son of Leonard and Nancy Williams Patten.

Harold Patten, 65, died Wednesday of last week at the Calico Rock Medical Center. A resident of Norfork for eight years, he was formerly of Chidago, IL. He retired in 1972 from Grearhart Mining Company where he was a carpenter. He was a 30-year member of the Loyal Order of the Moose and was also a member of the local lodge.
Born July 24, 1915, at Aueguree, MI, he was the son of the late Nellie Williams Patten and Leonard Patten. He and the former Bertha Huff were married Nov 24, 1949, in Chicago. Mrs. Patten resides in Norfork.
Graveside services were held Sunday at the Galatia Cemetery near Norfork with Rev. Steve Brizzi officiating.
Arrangements were handled by Kiby-Blevin-LaFevers Funeral Directors.
(Mr. Patten's obituary lists he and Bertha marrying in Nov 24, 1949, but her obituary says they were married Jan 12, 1973.
