GRAVETTE — Betty June Knight-Boutin, 52, of Gravette died July 16, 2004, at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. She was born July 25, 1951, in Royal Oak, Mich., to Dewey W. and Emilia M. Shepherd-Knight. She grew up in Michigan. She received an undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas, Monticello and her master's degree in fine arts from the University of Arkansas. She was an art teacher for the Gravette Sohool District for more than 24 years. She was junior class sponsor and a member of Alpha Delta Kappa.
Survivors include one daughter, Kristen Barrick and husband Jason of Gentry; two brothers, Jim Knight of Bella Vista and William Knight of Farmington; two nephews, James Knight and Joel Knight; two grandchildren, Emilia Barrick and Josie Barrick of Gentry.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Bella Vista Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home and from noon until service time Wednesday.
Private burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Siloam Springs.
