FAYETTEVILLE — Jacqueline S. Kolb, 49, of Fayetteville died April 2, 2004, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born Jan. 1, 1955, in Milwaukee, Wis., to Joseph Paul and Gertrude Otzelberger Kolb.
Survivors include one daughter, Brandi Nicole Jackson-Davis of El Cajon, Calif.; one sister, Gwen Harding of Prairie Grove; one granddaughter; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Clyde Community Church in Prairie Grove with burial in Reese Cemetery.
