Mrs. John Manos died at her home west of Gravette Friday, March 29, 1915, the result of pneumonia. Mrs. Manos was born in Bartholomew Co., Ind. April 3, 1876 and came to Arkansas with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Crowe, in 1880. She was united in marriage with John 0. Manos in 1898. There were ten children born to them, eight of them living, four girls and four boys. Mrs. Manos united with the Christian church in 1894 and has lived a consistent Christian life. Besides her husband and children she leaves father and mother, four sisters and two brothers to mourn their loss. She was aged 38 years, 11 months and 16 days. The funeral was conducted by Rev. G.A. Wilson and burial took place at Russell cemetery.
