Obituary - Nancy Ellen Walker, 45, of Monticello died Saturday, February 28, 2004, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. She was a native of Casa Grande, AZ, but had lived in Monticello for most of her life and was a Baptist.
Survivors include one son, Curtis Walker of Monticello; her father, David Crosswhite and her step-mother, Janice Crosswhite, of Monticello; a grandfather, Curtis Perkins of Snyder; her step-father, Robert McGhee of Gulfport, MS; one brother, Glenn Crosswhite of Monticello; one step-brother, Doug Steward of Banks; one foster brother, Dewayne Marks of Searcy; three sisters, Linda Gayle Oliveaux, Loretta Carpenter and Donna Mortor, all of Monticello; and one step-sister, Christi Stewart of New Edinburg. She was preceded in death by her mother, Patsy Perkins Crosswhite; and her grandmothers, Anna Kay Perkins and Fannie McGhee.
Funeral services were held Sunday, February 29, in the chapel of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg with Bro. Ken Jerome officiating. Burial was at Snyder Cemetery.
Pallbearers were James Tollison, Randy McDaniel, Billy Owen, Johnny McDaniel, Wilson Ray Branch, Tim Hoover and Charles and James Brian.
