Ruby Eileen Meller the daughter of Vernell (Earl) Meller and Ruby Adams Meller was born in Farmers City, Illinois on September 29, 1931 and passed away at Baptist Health in Heber Springs on February 24, 2012 at the age of 80 years.
Mrs. Meller was a bookkeeper and restraint operator and in her later years a homemaker. She was a member of the Home Extension club and the widow of a Knight of Columbus. She enjoyed crocheting and needle point, planting flowers, picnicking, camping and traveling with her husband. She was a supporter of the United States Olympics.
She had been a resident of the Greers Ferry area for 34 years and was preceded in death by her husband Robert Victor Meller on July 28, 2008.
Survivors are her son Michael Meller of Greers Ferry, Arkansas, daughter Clara LeBroke of West Point, Arkansas, three grandsons David Ramsey of Heber Springs, Christopher Meller of Bloomington, Illinois and Randy West of West Point, Arkansas, two granddaughters Laura Meller of Bloomington, Illinois and Traci LeBroke of West Point, Arkansas, seven great grandchildren Clay Paul Ramsey, Destiny Lynn Ramsey, Jaxon Kaufman,
Griffon Kaufman, Alivea Davidson, Melaisa Davidson and Kylan Davidson besides other relatives and many friends.
