Obituary -
Nettie Virginia Necessary, 73, of Hamburg died Friday, November 11, 2005, at the University of Arkansas Medical Center in Little Rock. A native of Monticello, but a Hamburg resident for most of her adult life, she was a homemaker and a member of Aulds Baptist Church in Portland.
Survivors include her husband of 14 years, Randall M. Necessary; three sons, Ronald Ricks and wife Bonnie and Donald Earl Ricks and wife Carol Marie of Hamburg and Derrall Wayne Ricks and wife Christina of Snyder; one daughter, Sheila and husband Frankie White of Snyder; two brothers, Alvin Green of White Hall and Henry Paul Green of Mountain Home; two sisters, Mary Lou Miller of Monticello and Ruth Lassiter of Leola; 14 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Elizabeth Ann and Linda Dianne Ricks; her parents, David and Helen Tuggle Green; three brothers and one sister.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Monday, November 14, in the Cromwell Funeral Home chapel with Bros. Carlton White and Ray Williams officiating. Pallbearers were David Ricks, Ronald Kelley, Robert Kelley, Wilford Howard, Lewis Ricks and Frank Higginbotham. Honorary pallbearers were Joe Roberts and Leon White.
Burial followed services at the Snyder Cemetery.
