Swanie Mae Marr 84, of Greenbrier died October 14, 2012. She was born August 22, 1928 in Pangburn, Arkansas to Ottis Capps and Edna Cook Capps. Mrs. Marr worked as an x-ray technician, was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church, and sold Avon in the Greenbrier area for many years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 66 years Jimmie Edward, Marr, son Larry Marr, daughter Carolyn Deeden, sister Susie Stark, brother Kelly Capps and grandson Troy Bradway.

Survivors include daughters Linda Bradway of Branson, Missouri, Marilyn Quattlebaum of Houston, Arkansas, Melody Marr of Greenbrier, Brenda Reese of Florida, sisters Georgia Landis of Judsonia, Vella Breznia of Searcy, grandchildren Rick Bradway, Kent Bradway, Tony Bradway, B.J. Bradway, Larry Owens, Terry Starkey, Lonnie Owens, Angie Terraglia, Jimmy Hinders, Tina Hjelden, Misty Trudeau, Ashley Wisenbaker and Kyle Reese. Other survivors include twenty three great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren along with a host of other extended family and friends.

Visitation will be 6pm to 8pm Tuesday October 16, 2012 at Bishop-Griffin Funeral Home in Greenbrier. Funeral service will be 10am Wednesday October 17, 2012 at Bishop-Griffin Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bobby Bowman officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Crossroads Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jacob Marr, Sam Bradway, Brandon Williams, Kyle Reese, Phillip Wisenbaker, and Jeremy Heath.
