Mrs. Margret Asher, 73, of Prairie Grove, died Wednesday in the Siloam Springs hospital. Born Aug. 5, 1890 in Siloam Springs, the daughter of Thomas and Mary Carlisle Walker, she was a Presbyterian.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Imogene Sunkard of Tulsa; two sons, Carl of the home and Elton of Euphrita, Wash.; two brothers, John and George E. Walker, both of Siloam Springs; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Prairie Grove with burial in Rose Cemetery under direction of Nelson’s Funeral Home.
