Batesville Daily Guard
Paul Vickery, 60, of Batesville died Tuesday, April 17, 2001, in a Little Rock hospital.
Born Feb. 7, 1941, in Batesville, he was the son of Eldon and Merle Richardson Vickery. He was a retired longshoreman.
Survivors include three sons; Phillip Vickery of Cave City, Robert Vickery of Bakersfield, Calif., and Randy Vickery of Batesville; a half brother, David Sabin of Bellingham, Wash.; a sister, Kay Dumount of Hooksett, N.H.; two half sisters, Jackie Reed of Yakima, Wash., and Serena Smith of Bellingham, Wash.; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Willis-Hays Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Bob Reynolds officiating. Private burial will be at Reeves Chapel Cemetery in Guion.
