Emmett Lawrence Massey passed away Sunday at the age of 78 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Delmar and Stella Marshall Massey; two sisters; and his wife, June Massey.
He is survived by two daughters, Rheta Enfinger of Janesville, Wis. and Tonya Walton of Freeport, Ill.; a son, Kerry Massey of Pocahontas; a brother, Delmar Massey of Walcott; two sisters, Etta Stone of Bono and Bonnie Fender of Walnut Ridge; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at McNabb Funeral Home, with Larry Owen and Sam Stewart officiating. Burial was in Masonic Cemetery, with VFW Promberger Traw Post 4556, performing military honors.
