SILOAM SPRINGS — Robert Glenn Hastings, 77, of Siloam Springs, died Sept. 27, 1999, at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital. He was born March 12, 1922, in Wichita, Kan., to James W. and Mae Adamson Hastings. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II and was owner of Hastings TV Sales and Service in Siloam Springs. He moved to Siloam Springs in 1937 from Wichita. He was a deacon at the First Baptist Church in Siloam Springs.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda Dunkle Hastings of the home, to whom he was married Jan. 8, 1949; two sons and one daughter-in-law; Michael Hastings of Fairfax, Va., and Stephen Hastings and Belinda of Oologah, Okla.; four grandchildren: three great-grandchildren; one sister, Doris Curnutt of Bartlesville, Okla.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs with Dr. Steve Abbott officiating. Visitition will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
