Sandy Kay Sanders, 64, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, died September 10, 2012, at Washington Regional Medical Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas. Born November 21, 1947, in Neosho, Missouri, she was the daughter of Edwin Jackson and Marion Jones Jackson. She had lived in Siloam Springs since 1972. Sandy was a teller for18 years at Arvest Bank and retired in December, 2002. On November 13, 1971, she married Jim Sanders in Neosho, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband Jim of the home; one daughter, Jamie Spradling and husband Jon of Bryant, Arkansas; one brother Craig Jackson and wife Re-Va, of Neosho, Missouri, and their son, Nathan Jackson. Pallbearers will be Gary Mickel, John Turner, Jerry Cavness, Charles Adams, Moose Van Poucke and Eldon Ware.
