Ruth Lee Lingo, 92, of Ozark died Tuesday, March 26, 2013, in Ozark. She was born March 21, 1921, in Short, Okla. She was a homemaker, a member of Second Baptist Church in Van buren and the widow of Clyde Lingo.
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Friday at Hall Cemetery in Natural Dam under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home in Ozark.
She is survived by two daughters, Peggy Ruckman of Pineville and Beverly Lingo of Rogers; five sons Norman Lingo of Van Buren, Clifton and Jerry Lingo of Ozark, Terry Lingo of Pineville, Mo., and Larry Lingo of Mulberry; a brother Claude Sharraj of Van Buren; 23 grandchildren, 62 great-great grandchildren; 24 great-great-grandchildren and two great-great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Michel Paul, Ronnie, Darrell, Jeremy, Joshua, Joe, Johnny and Troy Ruckman, Richard McKee, Eddie Guyll and Sean Chace.
Honorary pallbearers will be the nurses and CNAs of Ozark Nursing Home
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Southwest Times Record of Ft. Smith, Ar obituary.
