Jack Bly, 81 of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, died Saturday, March 18, 2007, at his home. Born March 18, 1926, in Okeema, Oklahoma, he was the son of Leverett Bly and Carrie Vinita Scott. Jack was a retired auto mechanic and a former resident of Dutch Mill, Arkansas, and Plano, Texas. He married Mariana Howlett in 1950. He was preceded in death by a brother Glenn; 3 sisters, Wilma; Thelma; Juanita; and a great-granddaughter, Madison McSpadden. Survivors include his wife Mariana Bly of the home; 2 sons, Jackie Paul Bly and wife Diane of Verdigris, Oklahoma; David Alan Bly and wife Barbara of Tulsa, Oklahoma; 2 daughters, Susan Elaine Harris and husband Alan of Lowell, Arkansas; Laura Jean Hudgens and husband Dana of Siloam Springs; 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Anson E. Bly of McKinney, Texas; and 1 sister, Barbara Marion of Ada, Oklahoma.

Mariana Bly, 83, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, died January 7, 2013, at Circle of Life Hospice, Springdale, Arkansas. Born November 22, 1929, in Allen, Texas, she was the daughter of Garnet Howlett and Alice Carroll Howlett. She retired as a travel auditor for the University of Arkansas, after 25 plus years of service. Mariana was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband J.C. Bly in March 2007; and one great granddaughter, Madison. Survivors include two daughters, Susan Harris and husband Alan of Lowell, Arkansas, and Laura Hudgens and husband Dana of Siloam Springs; two sons, David Bly and wife Barbara of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Jackie Bly and wife Diane of Verdigris, Oklahoma; 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and two sisters, Jean Thomas of Hope, Arkansas, and Nancy Byler of Allen, Texas.
