SILOAM SPRINGS — Emma Lou Selby, 74, of Siloam Springs died Sept. 18, 1999, at St. John's Medical Center in Tulsa, Okla. She was born July 25, 1925, in Siloam Springs to Carl Tracy and Rebecca "Reba" Dyer Easterbrook. She was a life resident of Siloam Springs and a graduate of Siloam Springs High School. She worked for J.C. Penney in sales and as a floral designer for Peace's Flowers. She was a member of Koinonia Club, Chapter C.E. P.E.O. and Order of Eastern Star. She was a member or First United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women.

Survivors include her husband, Mayo W. Selby Sr. of the home; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Mayo W. Selby II and Debi of Siloam Springs and Chris Selby of Siloam Springs; two daughters and sons-in-law, Rebecca M. Gallup and Max of Idaho Falls, Idaho and Fran McGhee and Rusty of Tulsa; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Clara Frances McKinney of Siloam Springs and Ruth Bentin of Colorado Springs, Colo.

Service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Bill Eason officiating.

Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery under the direction of Wasson Funeral Home of Siloam Springs.
