Mrs. Nancy A. Mays, 81, 920 S. C St., Rogers, died March 27 at her home. Born Feb. 19, 1896, at Cowell, she was the daughter of George Washington and Ellen Brown Holland and a member of the Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include five sons, Virgil Mays, Lincoln, Calif., Kenneth Mays, Kansas City, Kan., Hurston Mays, Doniphan, Mo., Owen Mays, Rogers, and Travis Mays, Grandin, Mo.; four daughters, Palma Mays, Rogers, Mrs. Alvis (Leona) Hampton, Winslow, Mrs. Christine Bernard, Lowell, and Mrs. Golden (Blendene) Burkett, Rogers; one sister, Mrs. Callie Privitt, Coal Hill; 42 grandchildren and 48 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 3 p.m. in Sisco Chapel. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery under the direction of Sisco Chapel.
