Marilyn Sue Danculovich, 56, of Porum, Okla., died Monday, April 5, 2004, at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital. She was born March 10, 1948, in Franklin, Penn., the daughter of Lawrence G. Hazlett and Dorothy Shook Hazlett. She worked for La-Z-Boy in Siloam Springs before retiring. She is survived by her husband, Richard Danculovich of Porum; her mother, Dorothy Hazlett of Siloam Springs; her son, Thomas Thompson of Cleveland, Ohio; a daughter, Tiffany Thompson of Siloam Springs; three brothers, Donald Hazlett of Akron, Ohio, Ronald Hazlett of New Haven, Conn., and Terry Hazlett of Westville, Okla.; three sisters, Karen Snyder and Debbie Javorsky, both of Siloam Springs and Charlotte Weisser of Sun City; and two grandchildren.

PORLUM, Okla. — Marilyn Sue Danculovich, 56, of Porum died April 5, 2004, at Siloam Springs Manorial Hospital. She was born March 10, 1948, in Franklin, Pa., to Lawrence G. and Dorothy Shook Hazlett. She worked for La-Z-Boy in Siloam Springs before her retirement. She married Richard Danculovich on Dec. 23, 2003.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Danculovich of Porum; her mother of Siloam Springs; one son, Thomas Thompson of Cleveland, Ohio; one daughter, Tiffany Thompson of Siloam Springs; three brothers, Donald Hazlett of Akron, Ohio, Ronald Hazlett of New Haven, Conn., and Terry Hazlett of Westville, Okla.; three sisters, Karen Snyder, Charlotte Weisser of Sun City, Ariz., and Debbie Javorsky of Siloam Springs; two grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Siloam Springs with the Rev. Larry Stcrbuck officiating.
Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
