Mrs. Minnie D. Penland, 79, Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital. Born June 5, 1894 in Auburn, Neb., she was the daughter of James and Rosina Dankenbrink Kleihauer, and a member of First United Methodist Church. She moved to Siloam Springs 15 years ago from Kansas City, Mo.
Survivors include one son, James F. Penland, Siloam Springs; one daughter, Mrs. Lila Duane, Overland Park, Kan.; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Wasson Chapel, Siloam Springs, with the Rev. A.T. Vohs officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery under the direction of Wasson.
