Monday, December 22, 1975
William Floyd Morehouse, 82, Tulsa, Okla., longtime resident of Northwest Arkansas, died Dec. 20 at his home. Born March 23, 1893, at Weston, Ohio, he was the son of Silas and Sarah Gage Morehouse, a member of Eastgate Free Will Baptist Church, a retired farmer and a veteran of World War I.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Cora Morehouse of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Georgia McKinzie, Tulsa, Okla.; two sisters, Mrs. Annie Sheppherd, Huntsville, and Mrs. Pearl Eubanks, Springdale; and two grandsons.
Services were held today at 2:30 p.m. in Pyeatte's Funeral Chapel, Siloam Springs, with the Rev. Rex Hester officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery under the direction of Pyeattes.
