Mrs Nellie Clayton, born March 13, 1883, departed this life, February 21, 1948 at the age of 64 years. She leaves to mourn her death, two daughters, Mrs Myrtle Hall of Violet Hill, Arkansas, Mrs Pearlie Vickery of Sage, Arkansas; two stepsons, Floyd Clayton of Leachville, Ark., and Doyle Clayton of Sate, Arkansas, one brother, Perry Walker of Wenatchee, Washington, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild, a host of relatives and friends. She was saved at the age of 54 years, was a member of the Church of God. She lived a faithful life every day.
Funeral services were held in Flat Rock Church at Gid February 22, 1948 arrangements were under the direction of the Roller Funeral Home.
