SILOAM SPRINGS — Elmer (Froggie) Miller, 69, of Siloam Springs died March 15, 1996, in Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital. He was born Dec. 30, 1926, at Siloam Springs to Carl E. and Edna W. Rawlins Miller. He was a lifetime resident of Siloam Springs, a caretaker for Kingford Farms and a veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by three brothers.
There are no family survivors.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs with Jack Steele officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery with military rites by American Legion Post 100 of Rogers.
