Foster pioneered the Bethel Pentecostal Church at 7945 S. Benton St. in Kansas City, MO. He faithfully pastored the church flock for 20 years. Our beloved husband, father, and grandfather was at home with his family when he passed to be with his Lord, Jesus. He enjoyed his devotion time, reading the Bible, fishing, telling fish stories, and gardening with his wife. He was loved and will be missed.
