McALLEN, Texas — Audrey Andrews, 82, of McAllen died March 27, 2007, at Lifecare Hospital in McAllen. She was born Feb. 20, 1925, in Oklahoma to Lee and Mamie Shoffitt Andrews.
She moved in 1941 from El Reno, Okla., to Garfield and graduated from Garfield High School in 1943. She attended business college in Springfield and was owner and operator of a real estate and insurance agency in Berryville for several years.
She enjoyed sewing, music and dancing. She attended Reddick Assembly of God Church in Garfield.
Survivors include one daughter, Denise Porter of McAllen; one sister, Joyce Hughes of Garfield.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Rogers City Cemetery with Jack Austin officiating. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home of Pea Ridge.
