Louis John Vincent Bishop, 78 of Melbourne died April 10, 1989 at the V.A. Hospital in Little Rock. He was a retired postal service employee and was a member of the Big Bear Lake, California Elks Lodge #1787 for 31 years. He was an Army Veteran and was of Catholic faith.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Vines Bishop, one step-daughter Jennifer Vines, both from Melbourne.
Services were held Wednesday April 12, 1989 at the Reeves Cemetery.
