Levi H. Adkisson, Gid Resident, Dies Tuesday Oct 31.
Levi Harrison Adkisson, 42 of Guion died in a Little Rock hospital Tuesday of complications from injuries received in an accident about two weeks ago. Mr Adkisson had been employed with the Silica Products Company of Guion for about 18 years.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs Mae Adkisson; one daughter, Linda of the home; one son, Ronnie also of the home; one step-daughter, Mrs Howard Moser, Guion; two step-sons, Eugene Barksdale and Ralph who is a member of the armed forces and stationed in North Carolina; three brothers, Walter Adkisson of Gid, Lorenzo Adkisson of Cushman and Theodore Adkisson of Batesville; two sisters, Mrs Elba Reed, of West Batesville and Mrs Hernie Haddock, Batesville.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today at the Guion Free Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Virgil Bullard officiating.

Interment was in Reeves Cemetery, Pine Grove.

Pallbearers were Paschal Bobbitt, Medford Lamb, Ed Moser, Troy Engles, Eldridge Burgess and Ed Diemer.
