FORT SMITH — Leonard Leo Skinner Sr., 75, of Fort Smith died June 17, 2002, at his home. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member and past master of the Uniontown Masonic Lodge, a former Washington County deputy sheriff and was a retired truck driver from Farmer's Coop and Farmland Industries. He was of the Assembly of God faith.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Skinner of the home; one son, Leonard Leo Skinner Jr. of Van Buren; two daughters, Cathy Shelley and Barbara Shelley, both of Natural Dam; two sisters, Ida Stone of Fayetteville and Nadine Holcomb of Westville, Okla.; 10 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren. Burial with Masonic rites will be at Rose Cemetery in Prairie Grove.

Pallbearers will be Vernon Russell, Fred Roberts, Ronny Curry, Elmo Workman, Barry Teague, B.J. Forbus and Frank Neal

Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons.
