Siloam Springs — Ford Early Hasty, 71, resident of this city for the past 26 years, died Friday in the local hospital after an extended illness. Born Sept. 8, 1893 in Dickens, Iowa, he was a retired rancher and veteran of World War I.
Survivors include the widow, Lillie, of the home: a brother, Clarence of Spring Valley, Calif., and two nephews.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 4 p.m. in the chapel of Pyeatte Funeral Service. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
