Services for Carolyn L. Schwarzentruber of Mt. Home will be at 2PM Wednesday at Roller Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Lee Nirschl officiating. Mrs. Schwarzentruber died Saturday (Nov 1, 1997) at her home. She was 64.
Visitation will be from 3-9PM Tuesday at Roller Funeral Home. Burial will be at Galatia Cemetery.
Mrs. Schwarzentruber was formerly of Flordia. She was a retired registered nurse. She was born Dec 9, 1932, at Bloomington, IL, a daughter of Willard and Beulah Boyer Craft. She and the late Loren Schwarzentruber were married Aug 23, 1954, at Bloomington. She was a member of the First Christian Church, where she served as church librarian. She enjoyed reading and collecting antuques.
She is survived by three daughters, Cathy Thomson of Edwardsville, IL, Lynn Myers and husband, William of Salesville and Carol King and husband, Wilson of Dundee, FL; a brother, Warren Craft of St. Petersburg, FL; and 11 grandchildren, Stephen, Larry, Carolyn and Anne Lacefield, all of Edwardsville, IL, Alissa, Paul, Jarom and Hillary Schertz of Dundee, FL and Angela, Christina and Kathryn Myers of Salesville. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
