SILOAM SPRINGS — Bonnie Bell Kirby Place, 93, of Siloam Springs died July 12, 2004, at her home. She was born Jan. 15, 1911, in Rome, Ga., to William and Rachael Kirby. She was a homemaker and attended Sager Creek Community
Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry C. Place, in 1983; three sons, Victor, Kenneth and Robert Place; and one daughter, Francis Place.
Survivors include five daughters, Daisy Garlinghouse of Fortuna, Calif., Betty Davidson, Norma Jean Lucas and Sue Jones, all of Siloam Springs, and Judy Jones of Van Buren; two sons, Clint Johnson Place of Grant's Pass, Ore., and Bob Whitaker of Siloam Springs; 30 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 16 great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Siloam Springs with the Rev. Dan Crenshaw officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
