Elizabeth Joy Miller 49, of Shirley, Arkansas passed away Sunday, July 24, 2011. She was born November 1, 1961 at Galveston, Texas to Bill and Joyce (Walker) Kennedy.
She was loved by many, and anyone who knew her, knows she had a giant heart to help others.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Joyce (Walker) Kennedy.
She is survived by her husband Richard F. Miller, two sons, Troy Swear and Justin Swear, father, Bill Kennedy, four uncles, two brothers, one sister,
