Lawson (Pop's) Jones 75, of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas died Sunday, November 06, 2011 at Ozark Health Medical Center Clinton, Arkansas. He was born February 01, 1936 in Missouri to the late Mitchell and Ida Mae (Lucas) Jones.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, James Jones, and Mitchell Jones Jr., and a son, Ronald Lawson Jones.
He is survived by his sons, Bobby, Rodney, Robby and Shannon Jones of Shirley, AR; and Fairfield Bay, AR; and Shane Jones of Shaumburg, Illinois; daughters, Sherry Jones of Fairfield Bay, AR; Teressa Jones of Shirley, AR; and Tammie Jones of Shirley, AR; a brother, Joseph Jones of Barney, AR; and a sister, Alice Baldwin, twenty-three loving grandchildren, many loving great-grandchildren, lots of loving nieces and nephews and his loving partner Jane Jones.
Pallbearers: Bobby Jones, Rodney Jones, Robby Jones, Shannon Jones, Shane Jones, and Johnny Spencer.
Visitation will be 5:00-8:00pm Thursday, November 10, 2011 and Funeral Service will be 1:00pm Friday, November 11, 2011 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Chapel Clinton, Arkansas. Burial will follow at Eglantine Cemetery Shirley, Arkansas.
