SILOAM SPRINGS — Dorothy Lee Gnagey, 90, of Siloam Springs died Dec. 31, 2003, in West Siloam Springs, Okla. She was born May 1, 1913, in Buffalo, Okla., to Noel Thad Guthrie and Mary Pinkston Guthrie. Dorothy was a homemaker and a longtime telephone operator for the Siloam telephone company. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Siloam Springs. She was also a member of the United Methodist Women's Circle 1 and a former member of the Koinonia Womem's Study Club. She was a lifetime resident of Siloam Springs.

She was preceded in death by her first husband O.C. Mitchell, and two stepsons, James N. Mitchell and Thomas Gnagey.

Survivors include her husband Lee Guagey, to whom she was married Nov. 12, 1967; two stepsons William Gnagey and wife Ruth of Normal, Ill., and Larry Gnagey and wife Regina of Jonesboro; two stepdaughters, Dorothy Mitchell Rogers and husband Buck of Broken Arrow, Okla., Jean Mitchell Treat and husband Harold of Grand Lake, Okla.; and 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Services will to at 2 p.m. Saturday at Wasson Memorial Chapel in Siloam Springs with the Rev. Michael Sutton officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Siloam Springs.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. today at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs.

Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church in Siloam Springs, and the Siloam Springs High School Scholarship Fund.
