SILOAM SPRINGS — Sharon Kaye Blankenship, 65, of Siloam Springs died Dec. 30, 2010, at Bentonville Manor in Bentonville. She was born June 13, 1945, in Prairie Grove to Lewis Hall and Euphama Dunlap Hall. She was a licensed EMT and a CNA at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital for 18 years.
Survivors include her mother of Siloam Springs; two daughters, Dawna Bartlett and husband John, and Karisha Fuentes, all of Siloam Springs; six grandchildren; one great-grandson and a brother.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Oak Hill Cemetery, Siloam Springs. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs. To sign the online guest book, visit www.wassonfuneralhome.com
